Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping
We know you want your custom plate as fast as possible. That is why all orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Monday through Friday are pressed and shipped the exact same day directly from our Knoxville, TN workshop.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, will be carefully crafted and shipped the very next business day.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to ensure your custom plate arrives when you need it.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 1-5 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur with shipping carriers, which are outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) the moment your shipping label is printed and your order is ready to leave our shop. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Check your spam folder too!
Damages and Lost Packages
We pack our custom german plates securely to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit by the carrier, please reach out to us immediately through our contact page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to make it right.
