2. Authentic Registration Seals (Stickers)

If you ordered a plate without seals, or need to replace old ones, this is where you find them. To be 100% authentic, a German plate requires two seals placed between the City Code and the Letters:

Top Seal (TÜV): The circular safety inspection sticker (Traffic validity).

Bottom Seal (Landeswappen): The official coat of arms for the federal state (e.g., Bavaria, Berlin, Wolfsburg).
